Q: “I have dietary restrictions. Will the camp work with me to provide the food I need?”
A: Yes! We are working with a world-class chef team who will meet any dietary restrictions you may have. The food is served at the table family style, so you may need to be flexible concerning seating to insure you receive food that fits your allergies/special requests. Please fill out this information when you purchase your ticket so we can communicate your needs in a timely and effective manner to the retreat center. As always, feel free to pack a few snacks for your dietary needs, just in case.
Q: Can teens attend?
A: We have good news! Our registration is open to 13 years and older. They will need a release signed by their parent and must adhere to all rules of the retreat facilities and those of Believe Boldly Ministry. A parent does not need to attend with them. They will have separate sleeping arrangements with other students under 18. (Want to be a teen chaperone? Feel free to apply HERE).
Q: My friend and I are attending together! Can I reserve a room with my friend?
A: We love when friends plan a weekend away with us! We will absolutely do everything we can to get you and your friends in the same bunk room. Please list their names when you purchase your ticket, and we will work some magic behind the scenes to make it happen.
Q: If I buy a ticket and cannot go, can I get a refund?
A: Yes and no. Yes, if you let us know 90 days out from the event, we can refund your full ticket price. If you miss that time frame, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else but will not receive a refund. Transfers must be requested 60 days out. Deposits, on the other hand, are non-refundable (see below).
In the case of cancellation or rescheduling of the Believe Boldly Retreat due to an emergency or catastrophic weather, you may transfer your ticket to attend the rescheduled event. If the new date and/or location do not work for you, you must contact Believe Boldly Ministries within 30 days of the new date/location being announced. Waiting longer than 30 days forfeits your refund.
Q: I paid my $100 deposit but now I cannot attend. Can I get my deposit back?
A: $100 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
