You Are Worth the Investment

Solitude.

I prize this. In my heart and in my “everyday.”

It is in the silence I hear Him the loudest. Clinging to the words of my God, declaring His promises over my life:

Chosen. Perfected. Forgiven. Redeemed. Victorious.

In solitude He has space to sing over me, pouring out His presence in a thick honey I cannot shake. I feel Him. I see Him. I am cherished by Him.

You are, too.

Do you believe it? Maybe the moments of solitude are few and far between, smashed between the heavy walls of responsibility bills motherhood worry stress hopelessness anxiety.

God says He loves you. You are His and He is yours. Mutual possession. Eternal relationship.

You aren’t given scraps. Second-bests. Punishment.

You are showered with His choicest gifts. Raised up in humility. Given grace-filled engagement.

He KNOWS you to your very core and He knows what you need more than anyone.

I believe we all need more space to hear His voice.

I am personally inviting you to find that quiet moment and ask God,

“Is the ‘Be Known’ retreat for me?”

Because He is stirring hearts right now. He is telling you of your worth and you keep quieting His voice with your own objections, thinking you aren’t worth the investment.

You Are.

You are worth the investment of time, money, airfare, babysitters, called-in favors.
